Key Features:

  • Superior Mechanical Robustness: Engineered for longevity even with frequent installation and removal cycles.

  • High-Temperature Strength: Retains its structural integrity and strength in elevated temperature environments, suitable for diverse operational settings.

  • Excellent Rigidity & Aging Resistance: Maintains its shape and performance over time, reducing the need for frequent maintenance and replacement.

  • Reliable Lacing System: Creates a secure, tensioned hold for insulation blankets, preventing slippage and ensuring optimal thermal performance.

  • Available in Multiple Materials: Offered in Stainless Steel, Galvanized Steel, or Brass to suit different environmental conditions and prevent galvanic corrosion.

Applications:

Each fastener features a hooked head designed to sit snugly against the outer surface of the insulation blanket. The shank is pushed through the insulation material and secured on the opposite side with a compatible washer (often a self-locking washer). The exposed hook then serves as an anchoring point for tie wire, which is “laced” across the blanket to pull it tight and hold it firmly in place against the equipment.

  • Industrial Insulation: Securing blankets on steam pipes, valves, tanks, heat exchangers, and boilers.

  • Power Generation: Used in power plants for insulating turbines, boilers, and high-temperature piping.

  • Petrochemical & Oil & Gas: Ideal for insulating processing equipment, vessels, and piping in corrosive and high-heat environments.

  • Marine & Shipbuilding: Securing insulation in engine rooms and on shipboard piping systems.

  • HVAC Systems: Used in large commercial and industrial ventilation and ductwork.

  • Maintenance & Repair: Creating removable covers for equipment requiring regular inspection and servicing.
