• Extreme Temperature & Corrosion Resistance: Available in Carbon Steel and SS304/316 Stainless Steel. These materials ensure long-term reliability against oxidation and corrosion.

• Enhanced Construction Efficiency : The design allows for quick assembly: weld the hook, impale the insulation, and secure the self-locking washer. This “hook-and-clamp” structure prevents insulation boards from shifting or peeling off under vibration .

Application

INSULPRO perforated base insulation pins are made to affix insulation wool or foam on surface of metal, wood, concrete, composite material, or any other common material seen in industries of construction, manufacturing etc.. and applied a lot in HVAC duct lining, air ducts, metal buildings or wood ones or concrete ones, and usually go with rock wool, mineral wool, glass wool, ceramic wool, phenolic foam, etc..

With a large perforated base, that is specified in dimensions of 50 x 50 mm square as standard and in 0.5mm thickness. A larger base is made to enhance the bonding strength by enlarging the bonding area. And the perforations make it able to lock the hangers tightly in place by gripping the base on both its face and back with the liquid adhesive extruding through perforations and getting to the other side.

 

How to use?

The Spindle Anchor will only stick to a clean, dry, smooth surface. Remove any oil, rust, lose paint, etc. before applying the fastener. Cleaning the surface is recommended.
Apply sufficient adhesive to the base of the fastener.
Firmly press the fastener against the cleaning surface and slightly twist the fastener to force the adhesive through the base plate holes.
Impale the insulation over the point of the fastener.
Secure the insulation with the self locking washer.
Bend or remove excess spindle.
